iSmart App Won't Connect to My MG4 Trophy!

Just snagged the MG4 Trophy yesterday, and it's already a blast! But now we're hitting a snag with the iSmart app. We downloaded it, signed up, and scanned the QR code, but no luck getting the app and the car to link up.

Weirdly enough, my nickname popped up on the car screen, so something's getting through. But no matter how many times we tried, the binding process just times out. Any clue what's causing this?

Gonna take another crack at it tomorrow!

Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Mine's doing good though.

I’ve had the same headache with the iSmart app! My nickname showed up on the car screen too, but it kept timing out during the binding process. I tried updating the app and even restarting the car’s infotainment, which eventually worked for me.
